Catherine Spaak
One of the European sex symbols of the 1960s, though lesser-known in the United States, Catherine Spaak was born on April 3rd, 1945, the daughter of Belgian writer Charles Spaak.
Born in France, she has spent most of her career in Italy. She made her debut in film in Nightwatch (1960) at the age of fifteen, and acting has been her main career, although she has made a name for herself in singing as well. Her singing career includes two albums, Catherine Spaak (1964) and Noi siamo i giovani... (1965).
She has a long list of films appeared in, including La Calda Vita ("The Warm Life," 1963) and La Ronde (1964), as well as appearances on a few televisions series and mini-series such as Un seul ĂȘtre vous manque (1984).
